They are Shujaa's pride and all are his daugthers and sons.

The desert prides are composed by almost always just two or three nomad lionesses often without males, the perfect target to an evil lion to start a nomad bid pride.

Shujaa has the bad habits of having lots of mates that he kill so his mates cannot raise their childrens when they get older.
He keeps only one child from every of his litter, kills the strong males that could turn against him, only keeping the runt males that have almost no chance to be chosen as the cub who will live.

Until their adolescence their must prove themselves to be loyal to the pride and must of all to their dad. So the chosen one will be kept alive while the other will have to die. It rarelly happens that two cubs stay alive long enough thought because they often kill each other first.

Most of the scars on their faces comes from their siblings.

Let's just say that these aren't lions to play with.



Shujaa is well known by all pride sadly...
Because his pride invade during night, hunting where they aren't welcome, killing every lions who dare stand in their way, and when prides seeks for revenge... the evil pride is already gone, disappearing again in the desert that they know too well has the way they came.

That's why almost all pride keeps as much males as they can; to protect them from assault and stealings or whorse, if they are not enough in the pride, a massacre.


The lionesses where always force to agree to be the mates of Shujaa, and even if they wantd to kill the cubs or themselves they where brutally put back to their place, or gavaged if they tryed to stop eating for dying... rare was the mother who didn't fight to try killing or rebelling agaisnt the pride and Shujaa, and always they gave insults as names to their cubs.

The only one mother who didn't fight and loved her childs and wheren't killed
for Shujaa truly loved her was Nahali. Shujaa also decided to
keep her two sons Ahadi and Unabii, treating them beter than all
of his other kids, but still wanting to make them monsters.

Maybe Nahali was hoping one of her two sons would change
something... anything to make the wrong right again, or make
a stand against Shujaa.
